Cyberpunk 2077 will be playable for free this weekend

Here's your chance to try out Cyberpunk 2077 in case you still haven't played it yet!

ONE Store Beta Now Available

It has been over three years since the game’s launch, and here’s some great news for those who have yet to play the game: Cyberpunk 2077 will hold a free play weekend on consoles beginning March 28.

To be exact, Cyberpunk 2077 will be playable for free on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. During the free weekend, players can try the game out for five hours. What’s more, players will also be able to carry over their free trial progress if they purchase the game on the same platform. Plus, the free trial will be playable without any other additional fees or subscriptions. Sadly, the trial will be console-only, meaning PC fans will still need to buy the game to experience it.

The Cyberpunk 2077 free trial will be available from March 28th, 8:00 AM to March 31st, 11:59 PM PDT — that’s March 28 at 11:00 PM to April 1 at 2:59 PM PH time.

Five hours may seem like a lot, but given how huge Cyberpunk 2077’s world is, players will only be able to scratch the surface during the free trial period. Still, five hours should be plenty of time to determine if this open-world RPG is something that you want to play next.
