Acer recently revealed its new gaming lineup, consisting of the top-of-the-line Predator Helios 18 AI, the more affordable Nitro 16, and new gaming accessories.
Following the reveal of the Predator Atlas 8 gaming handheld, Acer has showcased two new laptops that promise to be great gaming on-the-go partners. The first of the two is the Helios 18 AI, Acer’s flagship gaming laptop that will be showcased at Computex 2026.
This new gaming laptop should be great for practically any game you throw at it, thanks to its powerful Intel Core Ultra 9 processor 290HX Plus and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPU combo. If that’s not enough, the laptop can be configured with up to 256 GB of memory and 6 TB of storage. The laptop is also designed to run cool, thanks to its dual 6th Gen Predator AeroBlade 3D Fans.
Complementing the powerful hardware is an 18-inch Mini LED WQUXGA, with 4K 120Hz and Full HD 240Hz support. Plus, audio should be great, courtesy of Acer’s patented Predator Vox technology, featuring a proprietary six-speaker system.
Other highlight features include Intel Killer DoubleShot Pro with Intel Killer Wi-Fi 7 BE1750x and Intel Killer Ethernet E5000B, along with two next-gen Thunderbolt 5 ports. Finally, the laptop packs dynamic RGB lighting and Predator MagKey 4.0 mechanical switches for its keyboard.

For something a bit more affordable, Acer also has the new 16-inch Acer Nitro 16 (AN16-A91). This gaming laptop is powered by up to an AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3D processor paired with up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Laptop GPU. These should also run cool thanks to the dual-fan, quad-intake, quad-exhaust cooling system.
It also packs a WQXGA (2560 x 1600) display with a 240Hz refresh rate. Plus, it promises good connectivity, courtesy of USB 4 ports and Wi-Fi 6E support.

Also revealed is the Acer Nitro Blaze Link. While it looks like a gaming handheld, it’s more akin to the PlayStation Portal. That’s because this handheld is designed to stream games from an existing gaming rig or laptop. Thanks to this, it’s much lighter than a typical handheld PC, weighing only 464 grams.
The Blaze Link should deliver a game streaming experience that’s smooth and responsive, courtesy of its Wi-Fi 6 connectivity. It also has a 7-inch WUXGA touchscreen that should deliver good visuals, as well as dual 2-watt speakers for clear gaming audio.

There’s also the new Predator Aethon 750 TKL keyboard (PKR750), which comes with a tenkeyless design, full anti-ghosting, and custom Predator Magnetic Switches with adjustable control.
As a wireless gaming keyboard, Acer focused on reliable connectivity with this. As such, the Aethon 750 TKL should be responsive, whether connected via Bluetooth or 2.4 GHz wireless connections. Of course, users can still opt for a low-latency wired connection.

Rounding out the lineup is the Predator Robust Plus Backpack (PBG691). Along with its sleek look, the backpack has a large, dedicated padded compartment that can fit up to an 18-inch laptop. It also has multiple additional compartments for accessories and cables. Complementing these is a vacuum compression storage compartment, along with an integrated charging cable pass-through. To top it all off, the backpack is water-resistant, with one storage compartment also being designed to be waterproof.

Pricing and availability of the Predator Helio 18 AI, Nitro 16, and new gaming accessories will be revealed soon.
