Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle I is coming to Crunchyroll later this month

Last year's Demon Slayer movie is finally getting a streaming release!

Nearly a year after its Japanese theatrical premiere, Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle I is finally coming to Crunchyroll in late July.

It has taken a while for the Demon Slayer movie to come out, but at least fans who want to rewatch it won’t have to wait long, as it’s coming to Crunchyroll on July 28 in most of the world (except Japan and Mainland China). Specifically, it’ll be available on the 28th at 8 AM Pacific Time (that’s 11 PM in the Philippines).

For its Crunchyroll release, the film will be available in Japanese with English subtitles, along with the English dub. There will also be other dub and sub options, including:

  • Dub languages: Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Castilian Spanish, Catalan, Russian, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Thai, as well as Polish voiceover
  • Sub languages: Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, European Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Castilian Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Polish, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Melayu

Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle I is the first in the three-part film trilogy that serves as the conclusion to the mega-hit Demon Slayer anime. The film was released in Japan on July 18, after which it was released in various territories in the following months. In the Philippines, the movie was released on August 20.

This Demon Slayer movie quickly became an impressive box office success. By the end of its theatrical run, Infinity Castle I became the highest-grossing Japanese film ever. It also became the second-highest-grossing traditionally animated film of all time (refers to 2D animation instead of being wholly computer animated in 3D).

Aside from its Crunchyroll streaming release, Infinity Castle I will also be available in select territories on the Apple TV app, Prime Video, Google Play, YouTube, and Fandango starting July 28.
