Weathering With You wins ‘Best Animated Feature Film’ in Australia

Brisbane, Australia – Makoto Shinkai’s Weathering With You anime film just nabbed the Best Animated Feature Film award during the recently concluded 13th Asia Pacific Screen Awards (ASPA) held at Brisbane, Australia.
The other anime film who got nominated was Hiroyasu Ishida’s Penguin Highway. The two films faced against other noteworthy nominations such as Behzad Nalbandi’s The Unseen, Oh Sung-yoon’s Underdog and Kirby Atkins’ Mosley.
Congrats Makoto Shinkai! Looks like the accolades just keep on pouring!
