SEGA teases Like a Dragon Gaiden cameos from Yakuza 0 and Judgment
Some familiar faces from Yakuza 0 and Judgment will be gracing Like a Dragon Gaiden!
The release date of November 9, 2023 for Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name is fast approaching and, while fans are waiting with bated breath for the launch, SEGA continues to stoke the fires of our hype by teasing some very awesome Like a Dragon Gaiden cameos from other RGG titles. While we’ll definitely be hooked to this new story featuring best boi Kiryu Kazuma, SEGA has teased two very interesting side stories of Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name that feature two characters who hardcore RGG fans will definitely be hyped to see!
First off, we have a sidequest that happens around a time that Kiryu needs to stay undercover. During this time though, he runs into Etsuko, a very memorable face from Yakuza 0. It looks like this is going to be quite the troublesome encounter…
A second teaser from SEGA shows us that an encounter from the world of Judge Eyes / Judgment as one of the main characters of the Yagami Detective Agency, Masaharu Kaito, will be encountering the Dragon of Dojima! Could this mean more crossovers from between the Yakuza and the Judgment storylines?? Is this teasing a possible team-up between Kiryu and Yagami?? One can dream.
All these teasers are really making us so excited for the upcoming launch of the game. If these are two sidequests are happening, who knows if there will be even more Like a Dragon Gaiden cameos?
